User Experience
Redesigning and introducing major flows in an application for mental support and awareness

Scope Of Work
Razkazhi Mi is a web platform and mobile application that connects people with mental health experts. The app itself played a key part in going through self-therapy sessions and booking a live video therapy or text therapy with a specialist. The team partnered up with Unicef to bring young people (U18) to the platform and debunk the taboo around mental health issues.
Scope - UX
We were tasked with:
- Fleshing out the new user personas
 - Running a usability audit on the current mobile application and web platform
 - Conduct research sessions to determine a new Information Architecture and validate it

Scope - UI & Prototyping
After we cleared and validated all aspects of the new revamped Information Architecture and flows we went ahead and created:
- A Design System tying the web platform and mobile app UI styles, components, and patterns
 - All UI layouts of the new and revamped flows
 - A high-fidelity prototype for final validation and handoff
